1. Install Minecraft Forge
2. For 1.12.2: Install Ender Io / Thermal Expansion / Mekanism / Immersive Engineering
3. Press Win+R (Win button is between Ctrl and Alt)
4. In the window that appears, write %Appdata %
5. Go to .Minecraft/mods (if there are no “Mods” folders, then create)
6. Drag the mod (.zip/.jar) in the Mods folder
