For a moderate fee, he will quickly build the right house. To make a resident with a building give him a special workbench during the day. On this workbench you can get a drawing of the desired building for emeralds. Having given the drawing to the builder, he will follow you until you pay the construction site with a special sign. You can also specify a resident from which type of boards to build by giving it a block of the required tree.
